  • 1 pound Cooked, Shredded Chicken
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Black Beans, Drained And Rinsed
  • 1 can (4 Oz. Size) Diced Green Chiles, Don't Drain
  • 1 cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 13 cups Sour Cream. I Use Light.
  • 13 cups Mayonnaise (I Use Light)
  • 2 Tablespoons Taco Seasoning
  • 1 whole Lime, Juiced (zest Optional)

Directions

    In a large bowl combine cooked chicken, black beans, green chiles, and cheese.

    Stir in sour cream, mayonnaise, taco seasoning and lime juice.

    Combine well.

    Serve with tortilla chips or tostada shells and garnish with lime wedges and/or sliced olives.
