Ingredients
- 1/2 to 1 lb. cooked, peeled and deveined shrimp
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 3 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb. vermicelli (or your favorite pasta)
- 1/2 to 1 lb. fresh broccoli florets
- 1 tsp. salt (optional)
- fresh lemon
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Steam broccoli just until tender in saucepan or in microwave oven in a covered dish, about 5 minutes.

2Cook pasta in large pot of boiling water and salt according to package directions.

3While pasta is cooking, heat olive oil on medium flame in 12-inch frying pan.

4Saute garlic for about 1 minute, then add shrimp.

5Saute another few minutes until shrimp are heated through.

6Drain pasta and place on platter.

7Place drained broccoli over pasta.

8Pour shrimp and olive oil over broccoli.

9Serve with lemon and Parmesan cheese if desired.
