  • 1 tsp. canola oil
  • 1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken thighs Safeway 1 lb For $1.99 thru 02/09
  • 1 onion, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Italian Pesto Parmesan Dressing, divided
  • 1 can (28 fl oz/796 mL) no-salt-added diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped Kalamata olives
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
  • 3 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese

    Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.

    Add chicken; cook 2 min.

    on each side or until browned on both sides.

    Remove from skillet; set aside.

    Add onions, garlic and 1 Tbsp.

    dressing to skillet; cook and stir 4 min.

    or until onions are tender.

    Stir in remaining dressing, tomatoes and olives; top with chicken.

    Simmer on medium-low heat 25 min.

    or until chicken is done (170 degrees F) and mixture is heated through, stirring occasionally.
