- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
- 1 (5 oz.) jar English Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- dash of red pepper
- 48 medium stuffed olives, drained and dried
Directions

1Cut butter and cheese into flour. Add pepper. Form into small balls around olives and seal.

2Let stand in refrigerator overnight. Bake in a 400° oven for 15 minutes or until brown. Yields 4 dozen.
