  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 (5 oz.) jar English Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • dash of red pepper
  • 48 medium stuffed olives, drained and dried

Directions

    Cut butter and cheese into flour. Add pepper. Form into small balls around olives and seal.

    Let stand in refrigerator overnight. Bake in a 400° oven for 15 minutes or until brown. Yields 4 dozen.
