- 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs (2/3 slice bread)
- 1/3 c. pizza sauce
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 lb. very lean ground beef
- 36 medium pimiento-stuffed green olives, drained
Directions

1In medium bowl, combine egg, bread crumbs, pizza sauce, onion, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.

2Add ground beef; mix well.

3Shape about 1 tablespoon of meat mixture evenly around each olive to form round meatballs.

4Place in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

5Bake in 375° oven for about 20 minutes.

6Serve warm.
