- 6 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. chopped salad olives
Directions

1Mash 6 ounce of softened cream cheese (room temperature) with a fork, then add 1/2 cup mayonnaise.

2Blend well.

3Stir in 1/2 cup chopped pecans and 1 cup chopped salad olives.

4Now add 2 tablespoons olive juice and a dash of pepper, but no salt.

5Stir well.

6This mixture will be slightly mushy, but it's supposed to be that way.

7Put it in a covered container and refrigerate for several hours and it will become firm.

8This delicious spread is great on thin toast.

9Makes good finger sandwiches.
