- 8 oz. softened cream cheese
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. chopped salad olives
- 2 Tbsp. olive juice
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Mash 8 ounces softened cream cheese (room temperature) with a fork, then add 1/2 cup mayonnaise.

2Blend well.

3Stir in 1/2 cup chopped pecans and 1 cup chopped salad olives.

4Add 2 tablespoons of olive juice and a dash of pepper.

5Stir well.

6Put in a covered container and refrigerate for several hours.

7Serve with crackers.
