- 6 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. chopped salad olives
- 2 Tbsp. olive juice
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Mash softened cream cheese with a fork.

2Then add mayonnaise and blend well.

3Stir in pecans and olives.

4(Notice the recipe calls for salad olives; since they are chopped up anyway, don't spend extra money for the more expensive whole ones.)

5Add olive juice and dash of pepper, but no salt.

7This mixture will be slightly mushy.

8Refrigerate for several hours in a covered container and it will become firm.
