  • 8oz cream cheese
  • 1can pitted black olives
  • 1pk won ton wrapers
  • peanut oil for frying

    Drain olives and mince,

    mix in med size bowl

    with cream cheese.

    Drop 1 tsp. of mixture in center of a won ton wrapper.

    Dampen won ton wrapper with water using your finger around creamcheese.
  6. 6
    Fold won ton wrapper up around cream cheese,and pinch closed.

    Pre heat peanut oil in deep skillet or wok to 325 degrees.

    (Oil should be aprox. 1 1/2 inches deep.)

    Carefully drop filled won tons in hot oil,and fry till golden brown.
