- 8oz cream cheese
- 1can pitted black olives
- 1pk won ton wrapers
- peanut oil for frying
Directions

1Drain olives and mince,

2mix in med size bowl

3with cream cheese.

4Drop 1 tsp. of mixture in center of a won ton wrapper.

5Dampen won ton wrapper with water using your finger around creamcheese.

6Fold won ton wrapper up around cream cheese,and pinch closed.

7Pre heat peanut oil in deep skillet or wok to 325 degrees.

8(Oil should be aprox. 1 1/2 inches deep.)

9Carefully drop filled won tons in hot oil,and fry till golden brown.
