  • 1 cup rolled oats (quinoa or kamut for canoe tripping mix)
  • 1 cup rye flakes
  • 1 cup bran buds
  • 1 cup roasted soybeans
  • 12 cup hazelnuts, chopped
  • 12 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 12 cup sunflower seeds
  • 12 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 cup cranberries, dried
  • 1 cup apricot, dried and chopped
  • 1 cup dates, dried and chopped

Directions
