- 2 (8 oz.) or 1 (16 oz.) Second Nature Egg Beaters
Directions

1In a nonstick skillet, or lightly sprayed skillet with Pam, over medium heat, pour 1/2 cup Second Nature egg mix.

2Cook, lifting edges to allow uncooked portion to flow underneath.

3When almost set, spoon 1/4 cup sauce over half of the omelet.

4With spatula, fold other half over the filling.

5Slice onto serving dish and keep warm.

6Repeat to make more omelets.

7To serve, top each with 1/4 cup sauce.
