  • 2 hotdogs, diced (or a protein of your choosing)
  • 1 potato, diced
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1/2 bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup frozen corn
  • 1/4 cup frozen peas
  • 4 cups cooked rice (leftover cold rice is best)
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cream (or milk)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Sriracha & ketchup
