- 1 qt. blackberries, peaches, etc.
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 stick butter
Directions

1Mix sugar, flour, milk and vanilla until it is a pancake batter consistency.

2Melt butter in glass baking dish.

3Pour fruit over melted butter.

4Pour batter over fruit.

5Do not stir.

6Bake in a 375° to 400° oven until golden brown.

7Inserted toothpick should come out clean.

8Serve hot with ice cream or Cool Whip.
