Ingredients

  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. margarine
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 c. Mazola oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. Rice Krispies
  • 1 c. oatmeal
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 3 1/2 c. flour

    Blend sugars, margarine and egg.

    Add oil and vanilla.

    Beat well so oil does not separate.

    Add dry ingredients to flour and stir into batter.

    Chill for 1/2 an hour.

    Then, form into balls and flatten with the bottom of a glass dipped in sugar.

    Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes.
