Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1/4 c. ketchup
  • 1 large can English peas, drained
  • 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes, chopped in blender
  • 1 c. macaroni
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • enough grated Cheddar cheese for top

    Brown meat.

    Cook macaroni while meat browns.

    Add ketchup, stewed tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce to meat.

    Simmer for 15 minutes.

    Pour meat mixture into casserole dish.

    Pour drained peas on top of meat.

    Place macaroni on top of peas.

    Add grated cheese on top.

    Place in a 350° oven for 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
