- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. onions
- 1 (17 oz.) tomatoes
- 1 can whole kernel corn
Directions

1Grease a 2-quart casserole. Spread rice on bottom.

2Mix flour, chili powder, salt and pepper.

3Spread over rice.

4Dot with 1/2 tablespoon butter.

5Mix beef and onions and put over rice. Repeat. Pour over the layers the tomatoes with liquid. Spread corn on top and dot with butter. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes. Serves 6.
