Ingredients
- 1 boneless chicken breast
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli or 1 small bunch fresh broccoli
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 oz. American or sharp cheese, shredded or cut up (1/4 c.)
- 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
Directions

1Slice the chicken breast.

2Cook broccoli in small amount of water until just tender.

3Drain.

4Lay broccoli in greased baking dish.

5Arrange chicken slices on top.

6Add water to soup and pour over.

7Sprinkle cheese on top, then crumbs.

8Bake at 350° until heated through and cheese is melted.

9A simple, quick and nutritious all in one meal.

10Serves 1 or 2 people, all from one dish and maybe some leftovers.
