  • 2 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1/2 c. spinach liquid
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 small jar jalapeno Cheez Whiz
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire
  • bread crumbs

    Cook spinach.

    Drain.

    Reserve liquid.

    In skillet, melt margarine, add flour and onion; cook until soft.

    Add liquids. Cook until thick.

    Add seasonings and cheese.

    Melt cheese. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.

    Bake at 350° until bubbly (can be made ahead).
