- 1/2 c. lukewarm water
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 4 1/2 c. plain flour
Directions

1Mix 1/2 cup lukewarm water and yeast and set aside.

2Combine 1 1/2 cups lukewarm water, sugar, butter or oleo and salt.

3Add flour and mix together.

4Add yeast mixture, knead lightly and let rise 15 minutes.

5Bake 15 minutes at 425°.
