- 1 can beef broth
- 2 lbs. sliced zucchini
- 1 lg. onion, sliced
- 4-5 strips of bacon
- 2-1/2 beef broth cans of water
- Salt to taste
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. basil
Directions

1Saute bacon and drain; tear into pieces and put in a large pot.

2Add all other ingredients and bring to a boil.

3Boil for 15 minutes.

4Cool and put through blender until smooth.
