- 3 c. water or enough water so when you stick forefinger in water and touch rice the water comes to first knuckle
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp. butter or margarine
Directions

1Put rice in pan; add water to level previously mentioned.

2Add salt and butter.

3Bring to boil.

4Cover and turn to low.

5Leave covered for 20 minutes.

6Perfect rice every time.
