- 1 (14 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. water
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 1/2 lb. stew beef, cut in 1-inch cubes
- 4 ribs celery (1-inch cubes)
- 6 carrots (1-inch cubes)
- 1 large potato in large chunks
- 1 large onion, quartered
Directions

1In large casserole, combine first eight ingredients.

3Add remaining ingredients and stir to coat.

4Bake, covered, at 350° for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
