- 1 smoked beef sausage, sliced
- 15 small gold potatoes, scrubbed
- 1 head of cabbage, cored and quartered
- 4 cups water
Directions

1In a large pot add your potatoes and cover with water.

2Add your cabbage wedges leafy side up.

3Simmer for 30 minutes.

4Add the sausage slices on top of the cabbage and cook for the remaining 10 minutes.

5Arrange ingredients in a large bowl and serve hot with butter, salt and pepper.
