- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 12 oz. cottage cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 9 pieces uncooked lasagna noodles
- 3 c. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2In large skillet, brown hamburger and drain.

3Add sauce, water and oregano.

4Simmer 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5In small bowl, combine cottage cheese and egg.

6In greased 9 x 13-inch pan, layer half noodles, half meat sauce, half cottage cheese mixture and one-third Mozzarella cheese.

7Repeat; end with Mozzarella cheese.

8Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top.

9Cover with foil.

10Bake for 30 minutes.

11Remove foil and bake an additional 25 to 30 minutes.

12Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
