  • 1 jar or can spaghetti sauce
  • 1 lb. ground beef, cooked
  • 1/2 lb. lasagna noodles (uncooked)
  • 1 (16 oz.) container cottage cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) container plain yogurt
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Mix cottage cheese and yogurt together; set aside.

    Spread 2/3 cup spaghetti sauce in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

    Layer a third each of noodles, cottage cheese mixture, Mozzarella cheese, remaining spaghetti sauce and Parmesan.

    Repeat twice.

    Cover tightly with foil and bake in preheated 350° oven for 1 hour. Remove foil and bake 15 minutes longer.

    Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
