- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, uncooked
- 6 corn tortillas
- 2 c. grated Cheddar
- 3 c. chili beans
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 6 corn tortillas
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Directions

1Layer the beef, then 6 tortillas, chili beans, grated cheese, onion and 6 tortillas in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

2Mix the chicken soup and the Ro-Tel tomatoes (chop up the tomatoes) and pour over the top of layers.

3Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
