• 2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. flour
• 2/3 c. chopped figs
• 2/3 c. chopped dates
• 2/3 c. chopped apricots
• 1 c. finely chopped almonds
• 3 eggs
• 1 pinch salt
• 3 tsp. baking powder (1 Tbsp.)
• 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
• 1 tsp. ground coriander
• 1/2 c. honey
• 1 c. oil
• 1 c. sugar
• 1/2 c. water
