- 2 large Bermuda onions
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. croutons
- 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Saute onions in butter or margarine until tender.

2Blend in soup (unheated), milk, croutons and half of Cheddar cheese.

3Put in oven until bubbly.

4Remove from oven.

5Add remaining cheese.
