  • 6 whole White Onions (sweet), Sliced Thin
  • 12 ounces, weight Potato Chips, Crushed
  • 10 ounces, fluid Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  • 10 ounces, fluid Cheddar Cheese Soup
  • 1 pinch Cayenne Pepper

Directions

    Place a layer of thin sliced onions in a casserole dish (9X13-sprayed with PAM cooking spray). Then add a layer of crushed potato chips. Alternate several layers of onions and chips.

    In a separate bowl, mix together the soups. You can add some milk to thin the soup (sour cream is good, too!), only if needed.

    When you have finished the layers of onions and chips, pour the soup mix over the layers. Sprinkle with cayenne to taste.

    Bake for 1 hour at 350F.
