  • 4 c. sliced onions
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 1/4 c. cornbread stuffing mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. sour cream (nonfat or light)

Directions

    Cook onions in margarine until they are transparent.

    Mix other ingredients with onions.

    Pour into casserole dish; top with buttered bread crumbs.
