- 1 pkg. yeast
- 3 1/3 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 unbeaten egg
- 1/4 c. water
- 3/4 c. cottage cheese
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. minced dried onion
- 2 Tbsp. dill seed or dill weed (I use 1 Tbsp. seed and 1 Tbsp. weed)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Mix together yeast, flour, baking soda, salt and egg.

2In separate pan, mix together warm water, cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar, onion, dill and butter.

3Mix together dry and wet mixtures. Knead dough on floured surface until elastic (10 to 15 minutes). Put dough into lightly greased bowl and grease top lightly.

4Cover bowl with clean cloth.

5Let rise until doubled (about 1 1/2 hours).
