- 1 1/3 c. warm water
- 1 Tbsp. salad oil
- 3 to 4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. onion soup mix
- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1 tsp. vegi salt
- cornmeal
Directions

1Assemble doughmaker with small bowl.

2Heat water to 120°.

3In small bowl, place 1 1/2 cups flour, yeast, salt and sugar.

4Add water and oil; mix with doughmaker at setting #12 for 3 minutes. Gradually add enough remaining flour to form a stiff dough.

5Knead with doughmaker about 4 minutes until smooth and satiny.

6Place dough in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top.

7Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in bulk, about 1 hour.
