  • 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 (8 oz.) Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs, well beaten

Directions

    Combine all ingredients and blend with an electric mixer. Put into a casserole or souffl dish and bake at 375° for about 35 minutes until lightly browned on top. Serve with meat or vegetable dish.
