- 2 medium size onions
- 2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
- 4 c. chicken broth
- 2 beaten egg yolks
- 1 c. cream or milk
Directions

1Brown the onions in the butter or oleo. Add the chicken broth. Let simmer 20 minutes. Combine the egg yolks with the cream or milk.

2Pour hot liquid slowly into eggs and cream mixture.

3Stir continually. Salt to taste and serve hot.
