- 3 large onions, chopped
- 3 green peppers, diced
- 1 stick butter
- 2 cans Durkee onion rings
- 1 lb. box Orzo
- 2 envelopes beef broth
Directions

1Cook Orzo according to package directions; rinse, drain and set aside.

2Saute onions and peppers in butter until tender; sprinkle in two envelopes beef broth.

3In large casserole, combine onion, peppers and one can Durkee onion rings, along with the Orzo.

4Top casserole mixture with the other can Durkee onion rings and bake 1 hour at 350°.
