  • 3 large onions, chopped
  • 3 green peppers, diced
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 cans Durkee onion rings
  • 1 lb. box Orzo
  • 2 envelopes beef broth

Directions

    Cook Orzo according to package directions; rinse, drain and set aside.

    Saute onions and peppers in butter until tender; sprinkle in two envelopes beef broth.

    In large casserole, combine onion, peppers and one can Durkee onion rings, along with the Orzo.

    Top casserole mixture with the other can Durkee onion rings and bake 1 hour at 350°.
