  • 1 qt. beef stock
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • salt to taste

    Heat stock in soup kettle.

    Slice onions.

    Saute them until well done (20 minutes).

    Stir constantly.

    Add sauteed onions and seasoning to hot stock.

    Simmer 1/2 hour.
