- 12 onions, thinly sliced
- 14 c. beef bouillon
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
- 6 (1-inch) slices toasted French bread
- 6 thick slices Mozzarella cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Saute onions in butter in large pan for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

2Add bouillon, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, Kitchen Bouquet, pepper and salt if needed.

3Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 4 hours.

4Pour into crocks; top with toast and Mozzarella cheese.

5Put under broiler to melt cheese.
