Onion-Wine Sauce

  • 3/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 gal. onions, cut into thin strips
  • 12 each garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 cups A.1. Original Sauce
  • 3 cups dry red wine

Directions

    Melt butter in large skillet on medium-high heat.

    Add onions and garlic; cook 10 min.

    or until tender, stirring occasionally.

    Stir in steak sauce and wine; bring to boil.

    Continue cooking 2 to 3 min.

    or until sauce is reduced to desired consistency, stirring occasionally.

    Serve over grilled steak.
