- 4 tablespoons oat bran
- 2 tablespoons wheat bran
- 1 egg
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons nonfat plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda (optional)
Directions

1Mix all ingredients in a bowl, and stir until well blended (I like to add a little baking soda to make the pancakes fluffier).

2Cook pancakes as you'd normally do!

4Coat a nonstick skillet with a little bit of oil using a paper towel.

5Keep the pan on mid-low heat.

6Pour a ladle of batter into pan.

7Cook one side until the edges start to seem done.

8Flip and cook the other side.
