  • 4 eggs, separated
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. allspice
  • 1/2 tsp. cloves
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Mix all together, except the egg whites.

    Last mix in the well beaten egg whites.

    Pour in uncooked pie crust.

    Makes one large pie.

    Bake slow (275°) until a well formed crust is on top and it is well browned.
