  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. frozen orange juice (undiluted, thawed)
  • 1/4 c. orange marmalade
  • 2 small pkg. biscuit mix
  • 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Combine eggs, sugar, oil, water and orange juice.

    Add sifted biscuit mix.

    Stir in marmalade and pecans.

    Grease muffin pans, fill 2/3 full.

    Bake at 425° for 10 minutes or until brown.
