- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. orange juice
- 1/2 c. golden or dark seedless raisins
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Directions

1In 2-quart saucepan, over medium heat, in 3/4 cup boiling water, heat carrots and salt to boiling.

2Cover and cook 6 to 8 minutes, until carrots are tender-crisp.

3Stir in remaining ingredients.

4Over medium heat, cook, stirring constantly, until sauce is slightly thickened.
