  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 c. cold milk
  • 1/2 c. milk, heated to boiling
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. (1 lb.) creamed cottage cheese
  • 6 Tbsp. undiluted orange juice concentrate
  • 1 (9-inch) crumb crust

Directions

    Sprinkle gelatin over cold milk in blender; let stand a while. Add boiling milk; cover and process at low speed.

    Stop blender; add sugar, salt, cottage cheese and undiluted concentrate.

    Cover and process at high speed.

    Chill until mixture is thick and mounds slightly.

    Turn into crumb crust.

    Chill 4 hours.

    Serve with sliced strawberries.
