  • 4 to 6 chicken breast halves, skinned
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
  • 1 medium diced onion
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Saute onion in oil; add chicken breasts and brown on both sides.

    Add soups with water and pour over chicken.

    Simmer on low heat for 45 to 60 minutes or until chicken is tender.

    This may be cooked in a crock-pot or electric skillet.

    Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
