Orange Chicken

  • 6 to 8 chicken pieces (I use breasts)
  • 1 can orange slices
  • 1/2 c. teriyaki sauce

Directions

    Skin the chicken.

    Preheat a nonstick pan. Brown the chicken pieces in the nonstick pan.

    Pour the teriyaki sauce over the chicken. Add the orange slices.

    Cover the chicken and cook over low heat for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

    (Cook until pieces are tender and sauce is thick.)

    Serve over rice or noodles.
