- 2 whole boneless, skinned breasts
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped green onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 large oranges, peeled and sectioned
Directions

1Pound chicken breasts to 1/4-inch thickness.

2Sprinkle with thyme, salt and pepper.

3Saute chicken and onion with butter for 2 or 3 minutes.

4Add orange sections. Serve while hot over white rice.
