- 12 cup oil
- 34 cup orange juice
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 12 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 6 -7 egg whites
Directions

1Separate eggs.

2Beat whites until very stiff.

3Add cream of tartar.

4Beat yolks adding oil and orange juice.

5Mix together dry ingredients.

6Add yolk mixture to dry ingredients and beat.

7When mixed, fold in beaten egg whites.

8Pour into angel food cake pan.

9Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.

10Cool upside down.
