  • 2 c. orange juice
  • 1 pt. chocolate ice cream
  • 1 qt. ginger ale
  • maraschino cherries (garnish)
  • crushed ice

Directions

    Place orange juice and ice cream in blender until smooth. Fill tall glasses 1/2 full of crushed ice. Fill half way with ginger ale.

    Add blender mixture and stir gently. Top with a maraschino cherry.

    Makes 8 tall glasses.
