Orange Cookie(Pulitska)

   Combine flour, sugar and baking powder.

   Cut in oleo then add yolks, vanilla and sour cream.

   Mix in orange juice and rind.

   It will be a very soft dough.

   Spoon out 1/3 of dough on a well floured board.

   Pat dough down 1/2 inch thick.

   Cut out circles 2 inches in diameter.

   Put on cookie sheet.

   Beat egg whites with fork and brush the top of cookie.

    Sprinkle with sugar.

    Bake 350° for 8 mins.

    Soft and puffy.
