- 1 large can whole tomatoes, cut up
- 1 large bell pepper (optional)
Directions

1Cut steaks into serving sizes, flour and brown.

2Place in roasting pan.

3Add tomatoes and juice.

4Add bell pepper, if desired.

5Cook, uncovered, at 250° until meat is very tender, about 45 minutes, the longer it is cooked the better.
